AFGHANISTAN: Flood-affected people need assistance in Daikundi
Thousands of people in Daikundi province still face problems including food insecurity after the flash-floods in March. These flood-affected people say that they have lost their houses, trees and wheat crops. According to the Department of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (DRRD) in Daikundi, the number of flood affected people is more than 20,000, and so far they haven’t received assistance.
