Security Council wants end to tension

    NAIROBI
    The UN Security Council on Friday expressed concern about mounting tension on the border between Guinea-Bissau and Senegal, where attacks against villages have been reported. Council members called on the two countries "to exercise restraint and take steps to de-escalate tensions along their shared border," UN News quoted Security Council President Patricia Durrant as saying in New York after a closed-door briefing.
