NAIROBI, 20 March 2008 (IRIN Radio) - "Lama Huraan" is a gripping story set in the fictitious Somali village of Tub Ano, where villagers try to rebuild amid the turmoil of conflict, displacement and poverty.

Spiced with love, intrigue and humour, the 25-part series captures the bitter realities of Somali life.
